As committed agency partners we helped Goodyear determine that their current platform was limiting their ecommerce growth and efficiency rather than enabling it. They had multiple site experiences that had diverged from the original experience making it time intensive and costly to enhance the experience and manage content across their sites. This led to a platform RFP which we pitched, won, and implemented a new look and feel, a multi-brand design system and 6 websites and the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
I lead the design effort from pitch through launch, managed 3 simultaneous design work-streams for the design system and 6 websites. Goodyear.com launched on April 15th, and the additional 5 sites will launch by mid June.
The new design system has since become its own product and has been shared globally for a corporate site refresh, and commerce efforts in Australia, New Zealand and India.
